BLE hires Anna Franklin, P.E.

Bunnell Lammons Engineering (BLE) announced the addition of Anna Franklin as Senior Environmental Engineer. With more than 16 years of regulatory and environmental consulting experience, Anna specializes in air quality permitting and compliance for industrial and municipal clients. Her primary expertise includes air construction permit applications, air dispersion modeling analyses, emission inventory preparation and reporting, and compliance assistance with State and Federal air regulations.
Anna coordinates with clients to prepare environmental plans including: Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC), Stormwater Pollution Prevention, Slug Control, and Best Management Practices (BMP). She also assists clients with National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permitting, wastewater permitting and compliance, and conducts environmental compliance audits.

Anna received her B.S. in Atmospheric Sciences from University of North Carolina at Asheville and M.S. in Environmental Engineering and Science from Clemson University. She is a registered Professional Engineer in South Carolina.
