Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer and the owners of Brookfield South Business Park, Liberty Property Trust, are pleased to announce Brookfield South Business Park is fully leased. Brookfield South Business Park, located in Mauldin, South Carolina, is a four-building industrial park comprised of 320,400 total square feet. Koops, Inc. completed a lease for 45,600 square feet at 25 Brookfield Oaks Drive, bringing the park to full occupancy.
