Avison Young commercial real estate is pleased to announce that Rakan Draz and John Odom represented Steadman and Donna Ariail in the sale of a 1,100 sf retail building located at 10 Aberdeen Drive in Greenville, South Carolina, to 10 Aberdeen Drive, LLC for $230,000 . Alex Phillips of Pintail Capital Partners represented the Buyer.
