O’Neal Inc. hires Project Controller

O’Neal Inc., a Greenville-based integrated design and construction firm, has hired Chris Beard as Project Controller.
Beard has more than 9 years of project controls experience. He previously worked for Chicago Bridge & Iron Company. He earned his bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona.
