Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer welcomes Vice President of Commercial Property Services in Greenville

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announced Dawn S. Redmond has joined their Greenville office as Vice President, Property Services and will lead and oversee the Commercial Property Services team.  Dawn has over 20 years in the real estate and management field and is recognized as an experienced leader.

Ms. Redmond previously worked with JBG Companies, now JBG Smith, as a Senior Vice President, Director of Property Operations providing strategic and financial oversight for a portfolio of properties totaling over 5.6 million suare feet in the Maryland and DC area.  Utilizing her excellent technical skills and outstanding leadership capabilities she led and directed a team of 60 property managers, assistants, and maintenance engineers. Dawn’s management experience includes all product types from multi-family, office, retail, industrial, and GSA properties.

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer manages nearly 25 million square feet of commercial real estate properties in Virginia and South Carolina, as well as over 7,000 multifamily  units.
