SPARTANBURG, SC – Coldwell Banker Caine recently welcomed Charlotte Horney as a residential sales agent to its Spartanburg office. Charlotte holds a degree in Art History from Wofford College and previously worked as a showroom assistant at Karen Saks, a high-end interior design showroom in North Carolina, before receiving her real estate license. Charlotte is eager to put her creative stamp on her real estate business.

Charlotte is an avid volunteer for the Spartanburg Humane Society and is passionate about animal rescue. She also plays the piano and enjoys interior design, as she is currently decorating and renovating her new home.

“Charlotte’s vibrancy and creative eye are an excellent addition to our Spartanburg office,” said Stephen Edgerton, president and CEO of Coldwell Banker Caine. “Her perspective as a recent Wofford alumna and passion for the Spartanburg community make her a wonderful asset to her clients.”
