Stephen Edgerton was hired by the third generation family company in 2008 to serve as COO. Stephen led an initiative to transform the 75 year-old company into a more nimble, relevant and forward thinking company. He became the Managing Partner in 2013.
Prior to joining Caine, Stephen spent 11 years at IBM serving in sales, delivery, management and executive roles. As a Project Executive in the Global Services division he designed, sold and delivered managed services agreements for Fortune 100 customers. Stephen is a certified project manager and his area of expertise revolves around business transformational and operational excellence programs.
