GREENVILLE, SC – Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announces Rachel Veltri has joined the commercial brokerage team in their Greenville office. Rachel has an extensive commercial real estate background specializing in office, industrial, development and construction.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield |Thalhimer, Rachel worked five years with Grubb & Ellis/The Furman Co. in the Industrial Services Division in Greenville. She also spent five years in Sarasota, Florida in office leasing and sales where she transacted over 750,000 square feet of office space in that area.
“Rachel brings a unique skill set to our Office Team with her prior background in project management and construction, and experience in tenant up-fit. Rachel earned her business degree from Southern Wesleyan University, and is pursuing an MBA at North Greenville University.
