The Blake at Woodcreek Farms hires Tiffany Bazen as executive director and announces opening of on-site sales center

Blake Management Group (BMG) is pleased to announce the hiring of Tiffany Bazen as executive director for The Blake at Woodcreek Farms. Bazen comes with a wealth of experience within the senior living industry, having spent the last four years as executive director at Royal Oaks Senior Care in Summerville, S.C. Prior to her time at Royal Oaks, she led the management team as executive director of Brightwater Continuing Care Retirement Community in Myrtle Beach, S.C., for more than five years.

Bazen was born and raised in South Carolina and has spent the last 22 years in the health care industry. “Senior health care is my passion and has been since day one,” said Bazen. “I love to put smiles on people’s faces every day.”
