Tracy Ivey joins Coldwell Banker Caine in Spartanburg

Coldwell Banker Caine recently welcomed Tracy Ivey as a residential sales agent to its Spartanburg office.
Tracy joins Coldwell Banker Caine with experience as Dietary Director of Brookdale Senior Living, where she specialized in customer service and attention to residents’ individual needs. She also garnered expertise in the residential building industry through her work as Director of Operations for Black Mountain Concrete.
Tracy spends her free moments traveling, fulfilling her passion for interior design and crafting, and staging and flipping houses—she has completed seven. She also relishes time spent with family, her daughters Cherish and Caman, and their children.
