Avison Young welcomes Rip Major

Avison Young commercial real estate announced that Rip Major has joined the Avison Young team in Greenville, South Carolina.

With over 20 years of experience in construction material sales, Rip has leveraged his business development and marketing skills. His experience and knowledge of construction provides technical expertise to investors, owners, buyers, and tenants. As a native to Greenville, Rip has been an active volunteer in his community throughout his career. He has been a member of The Greenville Rotary Club since 1998, and has served on the 12 Hours of BIKAR Committee. Additionally, he is a volunteer and fundraiser for Meals on Wheels. Since 2015, he has been the Manager of The Greenville Spinners Racing Team and is on the Board of Directors for The Greenville Spinners Bicycle Club. His love for his community, and strong work ethic allows Rip to assist clients in developing and implementing a strategic real estate plan that further benefits their business, as well as all short and long term goals. Rip has joined Avison Young as a specialist in Industrial and Investment Services.
