Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine and associate Sammy Dubose have recently been named CoStar Group Power Brokers in the Greenville andSpartanburg area for 2015.
CoStar is the largest professional research association serving the commercial real estate industry. Each year, CoStar tallies commercial real estate sales and lease transactions and honorsfirms and individuals achieving the highest volume of sales and leases in over 90 markets in the U.S. and Canada. All awards are based on transaction data in CoStar’s commercial real estateinformation database.
