114 South Carolina Facilities honored for safety
March 21, 2016The South Carolina Manufacturers Alliance (SCMA) recognized 114 industrial facilities throughout the State for outstanding workplace safety accomplishments during 2015. A complete list of award recipients can be viewed by CLICKING HERE.

Facilities with a low rate of incidents resulting in lost workdays, job transfers or restrictions were nominated for recognition. Plants submitting an incidence rate below the statewide average for their NAICS code received an award during the 2016 Safety Summit.

Manufacturers are held to high standards when it comes to achieving this award, and it is clear that South Carolina manufacturers have continued to reach for these goals day in and day out.
