Colliers International brokers sale of 2403 Powdersville Road in Easley, SC

GREENVILLE, SC – Colliers International’s Richard Barrett, MCR represented the seller, Robert and Elizabeth Carman, in the sale of 2403 Powdersville Road, which previously housed Carman Ad Image. The approximately 4,800 square foot building sits atop .94 acres, which will become the new headquarters for Pinnacle Environmental Services. The property will allow the buyer to further expand the environmental engineering business.
