Prestwick Companies Selects NHE to Manage SC Properties

GREENVILLE, SC – NHE, Inc. has been selected by Prestwick Companies to provide property management services for their growing portfolio of affordable housing developments within South Carolina. Having served two Prestwick properties in Greenville, SC since 2011—Augusta Heights and Parkside at Verdae—NHE will now oversee seven of their developments across the state, totaling over $50M in assets and 337 residential units. The new SC locations include: Greer, Anderson, Greenwood, Summerville and Moncks Corner.
