SCRA To Host Manufacturing Career Fair
April 13, 2015GREENVILLE, SC – SCRA will be at the first annual S.C. Manufacturing Conference and Expo this week in Greenville, South Carolina. As part of this event, SCRA will host a Career Fair for high school students to learn more about careers in the manufacturing sector. The Career Fair, an anchor piece of the Manufacturing Conference and Expo, will show high school students and their parents that today’s advanced manufacturing industry requires skilled labor and offers rewarding careers and opportunities.
The Career Fair will be held on Wednesday, April 15th at the TD Convention Center. Along with SCRA, a collaboration of educational institutions and several South Carolina government agencies will take part in the event. Several SCRA associates will also be speaking at the two day event, including SCRA CEO Bill Mahoney, Applied R&D President Chris Van Metre and Executive Vice President Natalie Corella.

The S.C. Manufacturing Conference and Expo is a three-day event that features industry, government and educational leadership to showcase the latest manufacturing trends and topics.
