Cabela’s to Host National Wild Turkey Federation Expo

Outdoor Adventure Expo and Auction to take place Friday, March 20 to Sunday, March 22
GREENVILLE, S.C. (March 18, 2015) – Cabela’s announced today plans to host the National Wild Turkey Federation’s Outdoor Adventure Expo and Auction, Friday, March 20 through Sunday, March 22.
The three day event will feature live music with a favorite local bluegrass band, food vendors, games, prizes and approximately 30 local outfitters–offering insight and fielding questions about hunting, fishing and outdoor adventures. The NWTF will hold a FREE sanctioned Turkey Calling contest at the store on Saturday, March 21st– registration starts at 10:00am and contest to begin at 11:00am. Prizes to be awarded to the top 3 in each of the (4) Turkey Calling categories—State, Open, Friction and Youth. Additionally, on Saturday, March 21, hunting, fishing and other outdoor trips from each participating outfitter will be auctioned, with no minimum purchase amount, as a fund raiser for the National Wild Turkey Federation.
