KDS Commercial Properties works on Bon Secours deal

GREENVILLE, SC – June 16, 2013 – KDS Commercial Properties recently represented the buyer in lease negotiations to help fill a large corporate office building in the Golden Strip.
Larry Webb, a principal with KDS Commercial Properties, represented Bon Secours Health System and Bon Secours Medical Group in the lease negotiations of 35,750 SF at 1200 Brookfield Parkway in Greenville. This facility will be the location of a new Bon Secours Health System Billing Center along with the administrative offices for the local Bon Secours Medical Group.
