Serrus Capital Partners’ Chris Laney a Recognized Realtor | Finalist in REALTOR ® Magazine 30 Under 30

GREENVILLE, SC – April 30, 2013 – Serrus Capital Partners, a Greenville-based real estate investment and management company, announced Chris Laney as a top-50 finalist in REALTOR® Magazine’s 30 Under 30.
REALTOR® Magazine recognizes 30 realtors each May who are under 30 years of age and have demonstrated skill, success, creativity and leadership in their real estate careers. The honorees are nominated nationwide from September to January the previous year and narrowed down to 100 semifinalists and then 50 finalists by a REALTOR® Magazine judge panel. The final 30 are selected by an online voting system open to the public as well as the judge panel.
It is such an honor to represent Serrus Capital Partners on a national level as a top-50 finalist, said Chris Laney, VP of Real Estate Sales and Marketing at Serrus. My real estate career is at its peak because of the entrepreneurial spirit and innovative business model championed by Serrus.
Laney began working as Broker-In-Charge with Serrus Capital Partner’s real estate company in 2012 while completing his Masters in Business Administration at Clemson University. Laney has contributed to multiple Serrus projects including Carolina Walk, The Residences at Biltmore, as well as the almost 200 single family properties under management here in the Upstate.
