GREENVILLE, SC – September 20, 2011 – Augusta Road Business Association (ARBA) welcomes Mayor Knox White as guest speaker for the upcoming Augusta After Hours on Tuesday, September 20th at 6:00 p.m. at Foxfire Gallery & Kitchen Shops in the Augusta Commons Shopping Center. Augusta After Hours is a networking event for area business owners to learn current news on the road. This event gives businesses the chance to get involved and exchange ideas to promote Augusta Road collectively as an ideal destination for shopping and professional services. ARBA’s goal for this event is to increase membership and remind business owners of the importance of camaraderie and cross promotion to reinforce awareness of this historic corridor into Greenville.
Augusta Road Business Association started in the 1990’s to promote and improve the corridor and maintain a collective voice with the City of Greenville. Programs such as Holiday Open House, OnlyOnAugusta.com website, special advertising opportunities, seminars, and new for this year Lights On Augusta and a community project, have all been created for ARBA members and the greater good of business on The Road.
