Originally conceived back in 1967, The South Carolina Arts Commission now oversees a $9.2 Billion dollar a year industry in South Carolina.

Well educated, creative individuals want to live where there is a vibrant cultural environment. 

So the question is: Do people follow the jobs, or do the jobs follow the people?
