Tonya Brannon, Shelter Director for SHRRC states, One area of critical need is transportation.  Our victims need assistance in order to conduct job searches, search for housing and a variety of other necessary appointments.  SPARTA has been tremendous in their support of these victims by providing passes for unlimited transportation for up to thirty-one days for each victim.  As a result of SPARTAs  services, our transportation budget has been reduced; thereby, enabling us to move those dollars into  programming other areas of need.
