Prudential C. Dan Joyner Co. REALTORS Inaugural Workshop a Success

GREENVILLE, SC – December 13, 2010 – Prudential C. Dan Joyner, the N. Pleasantburg Office, held its inaugural FREE Buyer and Seller Workshop at their office at 745 N. Pleasantburg Drive off I-385 near downtown Greenville on November 30, 2010, with 24 in attendance.

A panel of industry experts, including a Real Estate Attorney, Real Estate Broker, CPA/Tax Professional, Mortgage Broker, an Appraiser, and a Professional Home Stager, were on hand to address timely buyer & seller real estate related topics.  A question and answer session followed, giving the attendees the option to get their particular questions answered from several different professional’s perspective.

“I felt that the seminar on Tuesday night was very helpful for me as a potential first time homebuyer. I think it would be beneficial for anyone considering buying or selling a home.” said  Dan, one of the attendees.

“This workshop was one of the most valuable services we have been able to offer for the Greater Greenville community and our existing clients.  The panelists brought a different dynamic to the traditional buyer and seller seminar, typically offered by real estate agents,” explains Teresa Cox, Broker-in-Charge of the N. Pleasantburg Office of Prudential C. Dan Joyner. “This will be offered on a quarterly basis with the next one scheduled for Tuesday, February 22, 2011 – just in time for buyers and sellers to prepare for the spring market.”

This workshop was the first in a series of quarterly workshops offered by the N. Pleasantburg Office of Prudential C. Dan Joyner. They are FREE to the public and light refreshments are provided.
