Record Crowd Attends Customer Effective CRM User Conference
October 22, 2010GREENVILLE, SC – October 22, 2010 – Customer Effective Inc., a 2010 Microsoft Inner Circle member and the 2010 East Region Dynamics Partner of the Year winner focused on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, just hosted its third annual user conference in Greenville, South Carolina. The Westin Poinsett served as the venue for over 145 attendees representing 75 companies from industries including financial services, manufacturing, professional services, transportation, technology and more.
The 2010 conference highlighted the upcoming launch of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 with a keynote address from Microsoft General Manager Jamie Tozzi. Live demonstrations and a hands-on software lab gave attendees real-time preview access to the new product features and capabilities.
Customer Effective has hit the mark with their annual CRM conference, states Jamie Tozzi, General Manager, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, by building a community for existing and prospective customers to learn CRM best practices from not only the Customer Effective team, but also from one another through customer presentations and networking.
