Community Appreciation Weeks @ Hollywild

INMAN, SC – Hollywild has identified August as Community Appreciation Month, offering special discounted admission for area residents in Spartanburg and Greenville counties.
 
Spartanburg County residents (identified by their residence zip code) will be admitted at the group discount rate August 2nd – 6th.
 
Greenville County residents will be admitted at the group discount rate August 9th – 12th. 

“We wanted to say thank you to the many locals who continue to make Hollywild a special part of their summer activities.” said Mary Lee Rollins, Hollywild’s assistant director.

The discount offers $4 off an adult admission and $2 off the student (ages 2-12) admission.

General Park Hours for August
Weekdays- 9 AM – 1 PM; Weekends 10 AM – 5 PM

August 7& 8th – Baby Days:  Honoring all the babies that have been born at the park this spring and summer, visitors can find the babies by looking for the pink and blue bows located around the park and on safari.  A list of babies born this season will be available at the admissions gate. 

Saturday, August 14th – Summer Photography Day #3 – Amateurs come out for a special day of honing your skills with a professionally led workshop and up-close interaction with the animals.  This sessions spotlight animal is Tank, our famous Rhino.  Preregistration is required by Monday, August 9th.

Saturday, August 21st -Scouting Appreciation Day:  individual scouts in uniform or groups with leaders with Scout ID are admitted for the weekend group rate.  Hollywild offers programs for Boy Scouts  and Girls Scouts at all levels. Please call ahead if bringing a group.
