Quality Conference of the Carolinas Scheduled for April 20th
March 5, 2010CHARLOTTE, NC – March 5, 2010 – The Quality Conference of the Carolinas will be held April 20, 2010 at York Technical College in Rock Hill, SC. This year’s conference will focus on survival tactics for turbulent times. The Charlotte (NC) Section of the American Society for Quality (ASQ), the S.C. Manufacturing Extension Partnership (SCMEP), and York Technical College are hosting and organizing the event.
Speakers will present topics on improving quality performance through new tools that increase productivity and profits. Break-out sessions will include actual case studies from companies that have used these tools and will share both their experiences and the results achieved.
Two keynote speakers are Mark Crossley, author and owner of Quality Management Associates, and Pamela Geer, Professional Speaker, Author and Transformational Coach at SeizingIt.com.
