Colliers International brokers investment sale of Airport Tech Plaza, a shopping center in West Columbia

Colliers International’s Tommy Tapp, CPM, assisted the seller, Airport Technologies Shopping Center, LLC, in the sale of a shopping center located at 3303-3321 Platt Springs Road in West Columbia, SC.
“In working with the seller, we were able to increase the occupancy and stabilize the rent roll,” saidTapp, Senior Brokerage Associate. “Once we accomplished that, the property was quickly sold as an investment sale.”
3303-3321 Platt Springs Road is an approximately 12,000-square-foot shopping center located on the corner of Platt Springs Road and Lexington Drive. The center includes highly visible signage with a signalized intersection and dual entrances/exits.
