Colliers International represents buyer and seller in sale of 213 Grampian Hills Road in Northeast Columbia

Colliers International | South Carolina’s J.P. Scurry, CCIM, Scottie Smith and Paige Bryant represented the buyer, LCM Ventures, and Tommy Tapp, CPM, represented the seller, Milliken Forestry Company, Inc., in the sale of an office building located at 213 Grampian Hills Road.

213 Grampian Hills Road is an office building located just off Two Notch Road in Northeast Columbia, with convenient access to Interstate 77. Building amenities include a lobby with a fireplace, 16 offices, a conference room, server room, break room, four restrooms and a large storage building. The property has a circular driveway around the building and is zoned OI, office and institutional.
Scurry, a Vice President of Colliers | South Carolina; Smith, a Senior Brokerage Associate; and Bryant, a Brokerage Associate, have successfully leased and sold buildings around South Carolina in the role of a tenant or buyer representative, as well as representing owners. Tapp, a Senior Brokerage Associate, has successfully leased and sold a number of office and retail properties.
