Colliers International facilitates sale of medical office building in Northeast Columbia

Colliers International’s Rox Pollard represented the buyer, Dr. Fort Jones, DMD and Taylor Wolfe represented the seller, Columbia Cash Reserves Investment Partnership, in the sale of a medical office building located at 10 Atrium Ridge Court in Columbia for Dr. Jones’s dental office.
“With the rise of construction costs making businesses think twice before expanding, Dr. Fort Jones was the ideal candidate to purchase 10 Atrium Ridge Court,” said Taylor Wolfe, Brokerage Associate. “The building was originally constructed for a dentist, making it the perfect fit for Dr. Jones and his practice.”
10 Atrium Ridge Court is a medical office building located less than three miles from Providence Health Northeast and just minutes from both I-77 and I-20. The building features include five exam rooms, a large reception and waiting room, two doctors’ offices and an additional four offices upstairs.
