Colliers International represents seller in $1.255 million sale of 601 Taylor Street in Columbia

Colliers International | South Carolina’s Allen Wilkerson and Mary Winter Teaster represented the seller in the $1.255 million sale of 601 Taylor Street. The approximately 20,000-square-foot building is located in Columbia’s Central Business District (CBD).
“It was fulfilling to sell a building that housed Wright-Johnston Uniforms, an established provider of uniforms and accessories to law enforcement officials and first responders, to another specialized local business, Creative Tile, Inc. Wilkerson and Teaster are both members of the Colliers office team. Wilkerson specializes in corporate consulting services and representation of clients in the leasing and sale of office properties. Teaster specializes in commercial office properties, assisting owners and users in the acquisition and disposition of space.
