Cognosante leases space at 1901 Main Street in Columbia

Colliers International’s Allen Wilkerson represented AgFirst Farm Credit Bank in the lease of 11,441 square feet of office space, located at 1901 Main Street, to the healthcare IT company Cognosante, LLC. The best-in-class amenities and prime location on the Main Street corridor attracted Cognosante to this downtown office tower. Cognosante provides services ranging from healthcare IT solutions and outsourcing of business process services to consulting.

1901 Main Street is an approximately 303,156-square-foot Class A LEED Gold Certified office tower located in Columbia’s Central Business District (CBD). The building is the first in Columbia to receive the Bike Friendly Business designation. Building amenities include24-hour security staff, newly renovated fitness facility with towel service, on-site dry cleaning and alterations, common conference room for tenants and a restaurant and sundry shop located in the lobby.
