Integrated Leadership: Synergies of Male and Female Energies in Business.

Participants will:

What can men and women learn from each other to achieve professional success?

These are just some of the questions chosen by our international and diverse team of trainers and discussed with experts and professionals from different parts of the world (USA, Middle East, Poland, Germany, Australia). Studies show that organizations that utilize the integrated leadership potential of men and women are more profitable, innovative and open to changes.

About the Speakers

Scahyra (Shay) Enjoli “Thee Relationship Guru”, has 12 years experience as a relationship & communications specialist and 7 years experience as a mental health counselor.

Shay has a M.A. in Counseling from Webster University, a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, an Associate degree in Management and Leadership from Webster University and is pursuing a Ph. D. In Marriage and Family therapy from Capella University.

By night, when she’s not being a superhero she is; in no particular order, a speaking vessel, author, life-long student, Christian, mom, dancer, researcher, stupid-genius, foodie, part-time health nut and full-time ambassador of love.

“EDUTAINER”, keynote speaker, trainer, coach, entrepreneur Matt Domogala has been sharing his knowledge and experience for over 15 years, hosting conferences, workshops and lectures in the U.S. and Europe.

He has inspired many participants of business conferences, and has coached companies including Metlife, Adidas, Aflac, Nordea, EY, Deloitte, Citibank, Siemens and many others.

Matt has been a guest speaker at conferences organized by Wharton Business School, Columbia and Yale Universities.
