Cayce ranks high in list of easiest places to sell a home

SmartAsset, a financial advisory website, recently conducted a study using their interactive “Healthy Housing Markets” calculator to find which cities in South Carolina prove to be easiest to sell a home. The City of Cayce ranked in the top 10! The ease of selling a home is a strong indicator of a healthy housing market and a strong influx of people wanting to purchase a home in the City of Cayce.
The search for the healthiest housing markets considered several factors, including:
- Average Years Living in Home
- Average Homes with Negative Equity
- Average Days on Market
- Home Cost as % of Income
- Ease of Sale Index
Cayce ranked #6 when compared to every city in South Carolina. Additional factors taken into consideration were stability, affordability, fluidity and risk of loss factors, all of which Cayce scored favorably. You can read the full study here.
