Colliers International brings architecture and engineering firm to 1219 Wayne Street in downtown

Columbia’s downtown submarket will soon include architecture and engineering firm Goodwyn, Mills and Cawood. Colliers International | South Carolina’s Philip Vann represented the tenant in the lease of 2,650 square feet of office space, located at 1219 Wayne Street.
The Southeastern-based regional firm is the second addition to the South Carolina market, following its expansion into Greenville’s downtown.
“We were happy to assist Goodwyn, Mills and Cawood in expanding their South Carolina footprint and providing them with the quality space needed for their daily operations. It is exciting to have a new architectural and engineering firm to Columbia,” said Vann.
Vann, a Brokerage Associate with Colliers South Carolina, is a member of the Colliers Carolinas Office Brokerage Team and specializes in tenant advisory services.
