Colliers International welcomes Property Administrator

COLUMBIA, SC – Kayla Rowland has joined Colliers International | South Carolina in its Real Estate Managements Services (REMS) division as a Property Administrator. Rowland will work with fellow property administrators to support the property managers in REMS operations and maintenance of the firm’s growing property management portfolio. She will also work closely with the maintenance team and vendors for assignments.
“Kayla will be a great addition to our property management team in Columbia,” said Debbie Lane, Senior Vice President of Real Estate Management Services in South Carolina. “Her attention to detail and ability to manage many tasks are critical as we continue to expand our portfolio across the state.”
