The City of Columbia celebrates National Community Planning Month

At their October 3, 2017, meeting, City Council proclaimed October to be National Community Planning Month in the City of Columbia. John Fellows, Planning Administrator, remarked, that “Planning is an integral City function: it provides for meaningful public engagement that can help shape the vision of our City, and the policies and actions that help bring that vision to life.”
