WHAT: The City is hosting an after-hours drop-in to learn:
- About proposed water, sewer, and stormwater utility rate changes
- About the investment in the City’s water, sewer and stormwater infrastructure these rate changes would support
- How customers’ water bills would be affected by these proposed rate changes.

WHY: City Council is considering water, sewer, and stormwater rate changes that will support:
- A $80 million annual investment in the sewer system
- A $40 million annual investment in the water system
- A $93 million investment over 5 years in the stormwater system
