Colliers International brokers sale of industrial property in Blythewood, South Carolina

Colliers International South Carolina brokered the industrial sale of a 14,900-square-foot industrial property on 4.6 acres located at 1110 Northpoint Boulevard in Blythewood South Carolina, to Patterson Fan, Inc. Colliers’ Midlands industrial team of Chuck Salley, SIOR and Dave Mathews, SIOR represented the seller, Sjolund Properties, LLC, in the transaction, which is valued at $895,000.

“For the limited availability of quality industrial real estate in the 10,000 to 30,000 square-foot size range, we received quite a bit of activity,” said Chuck Salley, a Vice President and Director of Industrial Brokerage team with Colliers South Carolina. “The purchaser is the neighboring property owner and their business was expanding. They were considering expanding their existing building and found that purchasing the existing building was more cost effective.”
