Colliers International adds 1090 Joey Zorn Boulevard to its property management portfolio

Addition bring firm’s total square footage of managed industrial properties to over 7.6 million

Colliers International has been awarded the property management assignment for 1090 Joey Zorn Boulevard, an approximately 242,824-square-foot industrial building in Barnwell, SC.

The addition of 1090 Joey Zorn Boulevard brings Colliers’ Real Estate Management Services’ (REMS) portfolio in South Carolina to over 13.6 million square feet of space, with 7.6 million square feet of that total coming from industrial properties.
