Elliott Davis Decosimo admits ten new shareholders
September 14, 2016Elliott Davis Decosimo, one of the nation’s fastest growing accounting firms, announced they have admitted 10 new shareholders into the firm effective September 1, 2016.

Justin Boyd provides business valuation consulting services for public companies, closely-held businesses, investment funds, real estate holding entities, business interests, derivatives, debentures and intangible assets for a variety of purposes. Boyd leads the firm’s Transfer Pricing International Services practice. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and an Accredited Senior Appraiser. Boyd is based in the firm’s Charlotte, N.C. office. He holds a bachelor of science in business administration and psychology from State University of New York at Brockport.
Jessica Cain specializes in tax services for manufacturing, real estate, not-for-profit entities and closely-held corporations. She is based in the firm’s Augusta, G.A. office. Cain is a member of the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She holds a masters of accountancy from University of Georgia.
Vicki Cherry specializes in providing tax and accounting services to the entertainment industry, other creative professionals and family offices. She is based in the firm’s Nashville, T.N. office. Cherry is a member the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and The National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences. She holds a business administration degree from Austin Peay State University.
Brian D’Amico provides comprehensive assurance and advisory services to a diverse client base. He specializes in serving construction companies and governmental and non-profit entities. D’Amico is based in the firm’s Columbia, S.C. office. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the South Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants. D’Amico holds a masters of public accountancy from Clemson University.
Ken Doty performs buy and sell-side financial due diligence and serves both private equity and corporate clients. Doty’s experience includes advising clients on revenue recognition policies and other challenges related to complex transactions. He is based in the firm’s Charlotte, N.C. office. Doty is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and holds a bachelor of science in business administration from the University of Richmond.
Elizabeth Finch provides assurance and advisory services to a wide-range of clients. Finch has experience with SEC registrants and other complex entities, as well as employee benefit plans and litigation support. Finch is based in the firm’s Augusta, G.A. office. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants. Finch holds a masters in business administration with a concentration in accounting from Georgia Southern University.
Shanna Morales focuses on tax issues and concerns that arise for small business owners. She works specifically with dental practices. Morales is based in the firm’s Charlotte, N.C. office. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is on the Board of Directors at Western Carolina University’s Accounting Advisory Board. Morales holds a masters in accounting from University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
Chad Reingardt provides assurance services to public and private financial institutions, mortgage companies and a broad spectrum of consumer finance companies. Reingardt is based in the firm’s Greenville, S.C. office. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the South Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants. Reingardt holds a masters of accountancy from Clemson University.
Robert Stevens provides assurance services for financial institutions and employee benefit plans. He has experience with audit planning, fieldwork, supervision of staff, report review and detailed credit review for both public and non-public entities. Stevens is based in the firm’s Greenville, S.C. office. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the South Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants. Stevens holds a masters in public accountancy from Clemson University.
Josh White, based in the firm’s Raleigh, N.C. office, focuses on serving financial institutions and SEC registrants. He assists clients with financial statement audits, internal control audits (Sarbanes-Oxley and FDICIA), internal audit engagements and trust company/department audits. White is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a Board Member and Finance Committee Chair for the Me Fine Foundation in Raleigh, N.C. He holds a masters in accounting from North Carolina State University.
