BLT Lettuce Wraps

Healthy Hands Cooking
- 3 large Romaine lettuce leaves, washed and dried
- 1 Tbsp. GMO-Free or avocado (Paleo) real mayonnaise
- 3 strips bacon, cooked – all-natural, preservative free
- 1/2 ripe tomato, sliced into strips
- Sea salt and cracked pepper
Directions:
- Arrange lettuce leaves on a plate.
- Spread a layer of mayo, bacon, and sliced tomatoes over lettuce in that order.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Roll and eat.
Makes 3 wraps.
