Colliers International welcomes Amber Willoughby as Property Administrator

Colliers International, South Carolina announced that Amber Willoughby has joined its Real Estate Management Services (REMS) division as a Property Administrator. In this role, Willoughby will work alongside fellow Property Administrators to support the Property Managers in REMS operations and maintenance of the firm’s growing property management portfolio.
Willoughby is a graduate of Cuyahoga Community College in Ohio with an Associate Degree of Applied Business – Hospitality Management and brings with her over six years of property management experience.
Colliers’ statewide REMS portfolio of approximately 14.0 million square feet is comprised of 56% industrial, 32% office and 12% retail properties. Colliers International is an IREM Accredited Management Organization. With offices located in Charleston, Columbia and Greenville, Colliers employs 16 property managers with an average of over 22 years’ real estate management experience,12 support personnel and 23 maintenance technicians as well as 6 property accounting staff.
