Andrew R. Lucas of the Inn at USC Wyndham Garden Earns 2016 Lodging Manager of the Year

COLUMBIA, SC – The Inn at USC Wyndham Garden at 1619 Pendleton St, announced that their General Manager, Andrew R. Lucas, has been awarded the 2016 Lodging Manager of the Year by South Carolina Restaurant and Lodging Association, which recognizes performance that goes above and beyond the normal job expectations both at and away from work, including outstanding and unusual service to their company, customers and to their community.

To be eligible for the award, Nominees must be employed in a managerial position, work full-time and have served the industry for at least three years. Nominee must also be working in a SCRLA member property.

“This is a great honor and I am blessed to receive it.  This award is a direct result of the amazing team I work with at the Inn, at IMIC Hotels and within Wyndham.” said Andrew R. Lucas.  Andrew has been the General Manger of the Inn at USC since 2012 and was a member of the opening team in 2005.
