Newmark Grubb Wilson Kibler, a leading real estate services firm, announces the hiring of John Anderson as the new Research Director. Before starting at Newmark Grubb Wilson Kibler, John was the Senior Analyst for a startup private equity real estate company where he gained invaluable experience in real estate as well as private equity management. John is responsible for the data gathering, analysis and reporting on markets statewide.
John will also use his prior experience to keep track of market trends for forecasting, evaluating individual assets and portfolio investment valuation in the commercial and industrial market spaces. John’s roster of memberships and honors include Six Sigma Green Belt Certified, a member of the First Families of South Carolina, Huguenot Society and St. Francis Episcopal Church.
