Layered Pea Salad

Rows and layers of fresh garden produce with a touch of crispy bacon on top makes this salad irresistible.
Ingredients:
- 8 cups Organic Power Greens (such as spinach and kale)
- 2 cups Iceburg or butter lettuce, chopped or sliced
- 1 can baby peas
- 4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- ¼ cup Ranch dressing, preservative-free
- ¼ cup finely shredded cheese, any kind
- 4 slices of crispy, preservative-free bacon, pieces
Directions:
- Layer ingredients in order given.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
