Mollye Hudson joins CBRE Asset Services Group in Columbia

CBRE Group, Inc. announced that Mollye Hudson has joined the Asset Services Group as a Real Estate Manager. Based in Columbia, South Carolina, she will manage a portfolio of commercial retail & office properties throughout the Midlands.

“Mollye is a seasoned addition to our asset services team, whose track record for delivering integrated real estate services is unmatched,” said CBRE Director of Asset Services Jim Roman.

Hudson will oversee all operational and financial activities for the office buildings and shopping centers in her portfolio.  She will be responsible for tenant and investor relations, risk management, energy management and financial reporting.

CBRE Asset Services currently services real estate landlords of over 26 million square feet of property in the Carolinas of which is 1.6 million square of retail commercial properties in Columbia.

Hudson is a graduate of the College of Charleston and in her new role she will leverage over nine years of experience in property management in addition to commercial real estate leasing and development at Dial Dunlap and Edwards, LLC., Equity One, Inc., and AVTEX Commercial Properties, Inc.
