Top Dawg Tavern opens at Village at Sandhill

Major retail center continues to attract retailers, showing strong recovery post-recession.
COLUMBIA, SC – Top Dawg Tavern, a sports bar serving quality American fare, held its grand opening earlier last week at the Village at Sandhill. Colliers International’s Rox Pollard and Danny Bonds represented the landlord in the lease of the restaurant. This marks the first Top Dawg Tavern in South Carolina.
Top Dawg’s location, which offers ample seating, an open air bar and plenty of televisions (including a large projection screen), is well suited for patrons at Village at Sandhill. The retail center’s growth stalled during the recession but has experienced a resurgence of popularity and attracted quality retailers, especially as Northeast Columbia has grown.
