NAI Avant Completes Investment Sale on Lake Murray Blvd, Irmo, SC

COLUMBIA, SC – NAI Avant senior investment broker, Dail Longaker, and NAI Avant broker, Peyton Bryant, recently facilitated the investment sale of 1680 Lake Murray Boulevard in Irmo, SC. The ±39,750 square foot retail center was purchased by Rice, Beans, and Potatoes, LLC, for $1,250,000. The buyer was represented by Julian Wilson, CCIM, of Newmark Grubb Wilson Kibler, and purchased the retail center property as an investment.
