COLUMBIA, SC – NAI Avant senior broker Macon Lovelace recently facilitated the lease expansion and renewal of ±90,275 square feet of industrial space at 130 Pinnacle Point Drive in Columbia, SC. Lovelace represented the landlord, Boss’s Pinnacle Point, LLC, in the transaction. The tenant, Stock Window and Door Southeast, LLC, agreed to a long term lease renewal and expansion from 55,000 square feet to 90,275 square feet in the building.
