Colliers International brokers $3.8 million sale of 1001 Pinnacle Point Drive, Columbia

COLUMBIA, SC – Colliers International represented Rockford Capital Partners in the $3.8 million sale of 1001 Pinnacle Point Drive, a Class A suburban office building located in northeast Columbia, South Carolina.
Colliers had previously been selected by Rockford Capital Partners to provide leasing and property management for the 55,315 square foot property.
